How it works

Checklist with an expected range
Every parameter has an expected minimum and maximum. Recording “OK” is worth nothing; recording the measurement, comparable with the previous visit, turns an inspection into data.

Technical cleaning, retightening, measurements, scheduled replacement of items with a defined service life and backup of the programs, within the plant's shutdown calendar.
