Thermal sizing
Thermal calculation of the enclosure and definition of the ventilation. It is the item that most often causes panels to trip in the summer.

Procurement and check
Purchase of the specified components and a check against the bill of materials before assembly starts.

Machining and assembly
Drilling and cut-outs in the enclosure, fitting of rails, trunking and components.

Wiring and labelling
Power and control wiring, labelling of every wire and terminal to the design, busbar closing and earthing.

Routine testing
Visual and wiring inspection, mechanical operation check, dielectric test, protection against shock and continuity of the protective circuit, on every panel, each with its own report.

Handover with data book
As-built single-line diagram, bill of materials, test report and operation and maintenance manual.
