The brand

The symbol is an S for solution, and it comes from Tetris

TECSI's visual identity was drawn to turn what the company does into a shape. Solution is the strongest word in this building: it is in the name, it is the mission, and it is what the symbol draws.

Solution is in the name
Solution is not only what TECSI delivers on every repair: it is the word inside the company's own name and what the mission states. The symbol draws that word through its first letter.
The strategy behind Tetris
In Tetris the player has to work out the best strategy to improve their own environment: keep it tidy and ready to take new pieces. That is the reference built into the concept of the symbol, and it is what an automation fleet asks of maintenance.
A 7 by 7 modular grid
Both pieces were built on a grid of seven by seven modules, with an optical adjustment on the vertical lines. The symbol matches the height of the wordmark, and the gap between them is the letter t laid on its side.

The two pieces are the same piece, turned 180°. Together they fill 36 of the 49 modules, and the empty space left over is what makes the S appear.
