- Insulation testing with a megohmmeter (phase to phase and phase to frame) and ohmic resistance measurement with phase balance checks
- Bearing replacement with same-class parts, using controlled heating during assembly
- Replacement of oil seals and gaskets
- Repair or replacement of the encoder or resolver with electrical realignment (zeroing the encoder against the rotor). Without it the motor will not start, or starts with a jolt, even with a new part
- Electromechanical brake servicing: air gap, pad, coil and holding torque test
- Stator rewinding when the winding is compromised
- Dynamic rotor balancing
- Final test coupled to a servo drive, measuring vibration, temperature and positioning fidelity
