Field survey, functional specification, control and network architecture, I/O list, alarm philosophy and risk analysis.

Development of the PLC logic, the HMI screens and the SCADA system.

Assembly
Panels designed and built to the architecture defined in engineering.

Commissioning
FAT in the workshop, SAT in the field and assisted start-up, with acceptance criteria written beforehand, not argued during the shutdown.

Documentation
As-built, versioned backup, final architecture, parameter list and a signed test protocol. Listed in the scope, so they do not become a negotiation later.

Post-start-up support
Follow-up as the system enters production, with a defined service agreement.
